Slaves, obey your earthly masters with respect and fear, and with sincerity of heart, just as you would obey Christ. Obey them not only to win their favor when their eye is on you, but as slaves of Christ, doing the will of God from your heart. Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people, because the Lord will reward each one for whatever good they do..

Here's My Take: 

Why do people say goodbye?

1. When they're not engaged or when they're over engaged.

As we've talked about Bosses, over engaging their servants, we think it will be necessary to talk to you Servants as well. We've noticed that we have so many unbaked, unprepared, immature, "young" masters who are struggling so much to survive. Many of them their works(ministries, shops, etc) are nothing to write home about.

Reasons being that many of them were not patient enough to finish their training. They were not patient enough to learn the tricks and secret of that work; every work has it's secret.

Other reasons being that many of them are not teachable. They're too anxious to be ahead; they lack the ability to follow, but they want to lead at all cost.

When you have a servant that likes commanding his fellow servants, watch him very well he's in this category. When you have a servant that always refuse to do what the foreman or whoever you put in charge says or conatantly challenge him/her. Know that s/he is in this category.

Conclusion:

Waiting is very difficult, but there are benefits when one wait aright.
