I watched a clip where a woman was wheeling her child on a baby stroller. Suddenly a man came from nowhere, snatched her phone and ran away. As she was screaming facing the direction the man ran to, suddenly an elderly came out and told her to run after the man so that she can hold her baby for her. She said no, leave my child! The older woman tried to persuade her, but she didn't oblige. The woman went away.
If she had ran after the man, she would have lost her baby and her phone at the same time. This is the trick which most people have fallen for. But she didn't giving in to that.
The lesson drawn from this clip is: value life more than anything in the world. There's no offer that's a substitute for life. Life is precious.
Most people would have succumbed to that deception and lost their loved ones. May we never fall for such deception. Amen.
