Why do people Camouflage?

6. Because of tribe/race:

This is one of the commonest factor why people Camouflage. The power of tribalism/racism is so strong that anyone could prefer someone from his tribe/race to do something whether he's getting it right or not. Some will involve such persons in the payroll of which s/he never participated in. But once the other is not from same tribe, s/he will be monitored at close range.

This made many to be extremely careful when they're doing anything with other tribes.

This case is a very big issue, especially in Nigeria, where merit is done by tribe and not by performance; where job is issued by who I know and not by qualifications. Especially when you find yourself where a different tribe is dominant.

When you actually get a job, to succeed or rise to the zenith in such area will be so difficult. It's very risky.

Conclusion:

My question is, who started tribalism/racism?

History will always tell us the first in everything; the first man to go to the moon, the first woman to drive car, the first w/man to do this and that, but I have not heard the first man/people that started tribalism/racism.
