Why do people Camouflage?

6. Because of tribe/race:

I won't forget what one foreign affairs minister of one of the countries in Africa said; about how they were able to eliminate tribalism and religious issues in their country. And he advised Nigerians to follow suit.

He said that in their country, there's no more column for Religion and state. For example, our CVs will no longer contain state of origin and/or religion.

According to him, they did that, to avoid a particular tribe claiming superiority, while the smaller ones will look inferior. It encourages oneness and discourages discrimination. 

He stressed that right now in his country, no one knows or cares to know where you came from or which religion you belong to. All they know is that they're one.

Can this be said to the giant of Africa?

Conclusion:

Tribalism/racism stunt development and growth. And when those that perpetuate such act try surviving but couldn't succeed. They'll Camouflage to doing evil to the Successful foreigners.
