Why do people Camouflage?

6. Because of tribe/race:

Tribalism/racism is one devilish device that has ruined many generations for centuries. And it will continue, unless people's mindset are oriented, which will be very difficult, but yet possible. 

Buh my problem with tribalism/racism is not about how it has affected the world and it's systems. But how it has eaten deep in the Church of nowadays. Where if you're not from the founder's tribe/race, you won't be allowed to hold some positions or take over from the founder after retirement.

When it comes to holding sensitive(very good) positions Brotherly Love will disappear forever.

It pains me to witness that prevail in the Church of our Lord Jesus Christ.

It has come to the point that some choir coordinators will not allow you to minister, unless you're from their side. Where positions are giving based on tribes.

Imagine!!

Conclusion:

You that is reading this what is your take on tribalism/racism, or are you fully involved? Are you controlled by it? How will I you feel if you receive same attitude from others?
