If Now the Spirit of the Lord had departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the Lord tormented him. Whenever the spirit from God came on Saul, David would take up his lyre and play. Then relief would come to Saul; he would feel better, and the evil spirit would leave him.

What/who can raise someone's confidence:
5. SONGS:
Song is medicinal; it brings healing to the soul; broken hearted. It encourages. It's an energizer; those that prays very well will tell us more. They'll tell us that with the right songs, they'll pray more than their usual capacity. That reminds of my days in NCCF(Nigerian Christian Corpers Fellowship), as a Jesus Corper and also amember of the prayer unit. During one of our State Baptismal Rugged, some of us in the prayer unit will go a day before the date to intercede.
Pending on the time we arrived the venue, we'll start prayers, we'll go a break a little, then start again. Those energies and strengths to stretch longer than our usuals comes from the songs the moderators brings amidst the prayers.
That's why it's important to listen to good and right songs.
With the right songs, lives will be transformed.
With the right songs, kingdoms are shaking
With the right songs anxiety melts away.
Etc. Just listen to the right songs.
Conclusion:
Songs and prayers are two identical twin. It's hard to separate one from the other
