4. Frustration: 

Frustration is another key factor that may cause many Oil to run dry. When a young vibrant minister impatiently thought that he's not making it, frustration may be the outcome.

When a young Minister's season doesn't look like his assignment, he may get frustrated. It takes courage and encouragement for such a person to be able to escape that.

I found out that some are making it but just that the level they thought they should be aren't where they're, therefore they become frustrated. Looking at others in their patterns, gifts and gingering, etc, while you preach sound but not in a gingering way, you conclude that you're not doing well, right? Wow!

Now listen to me Bro/Sis, as our faces are different, so it's our gifts; so it's our pattern; so it's our manifestations. All of us mustn't jump up and down on the pulpit. People mustn't scream and fall under your ministration before you know that you're doing well. For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God(Romans 8:19). So in your own way you're manifesting, so likewise they. Apostle Paul, Peter, Timothy, etc never followed the same pattern yet they manifested, and that's how it should be.

Conclusion:

Learn not to copy but be original; be yourself and be intentional about it. In God's locker room, there are sons that haven't manifested yet.

So don't let frustration leak your Oil.
