WHAT IF as it's seen in...

1. Business: 

Yesterday we said "WHAT IF that business doesn't give the expected results? WHAT IF the unexpected/misfortune happens? WHAT IF the environmental policies affect it? These are some of the questions that should be banked while setting up a business." 

I know that someone may be thinking out loud, why is this young man sounding so negative. I'm not being negative or naive, just stating things that I have seen happen over time. We're not wishing for that, but it is for us to know that such does happen. This is not to put fear in anybody's mind. But to get our minds prepared.

Traveling from East through Aba to Port Harcourt(all in Nigeria), you'll see Companies that were in their tops in the 80s and 90s. But now the whole place is full of bushes. So many times I have asked myself what could be the reason? I had no other answer than to say that they didn't prepare for the worst.

Conclusion:

WHAT IF isn't an excuse not to progress(succeed, prosper), it's a fuel for going the extra mile. People that have it at the back of their minds, know how to maneuver when they meet ditches on the way.
