7. Egypt: What transpired between the Children of Israel and the Egyptians and Pharaoh is nothing but envy. They saw the rate the People of God are progressing; the way they were giving birth to children without complications, and how healthy their young men are. They became envious. 

Envy is the major root cause of bitterness. Envious person/people have no friends. Even if you like show them all kinds of Goodness, they'll never be at peace and please with you. Unless you're removed on the way.

Nothing attracts envy like Progress. If you start a business, envious people will be at the side monitoring what becomes of you. If they notice that you're not moving backwards, they'll ignore you totally. But once they notice that you're progressing, the enemies you never know existed will emerge. May God help us
