In our Daily Nugget for today, we learnt that "one dangerous thing about Envy is that it's cancerous; the cancer of the soul. It doesn't go away except God's intervention. So many people have gone to their graves with it. It may not kill instantly, but it's eating up the soul."

Please avoid it as much as you can. Always take your diet very seriously. Take a dose of the word of God and Love for people in the morning, and it two tablespoons full of happiness and Gladness in the afternoon. Finally a rub gladness, praises and adoration to God for everything.
