According to Dictionary(Google) an unreasonable person is someone who acts in a way that is not rational, sensible, or fair. They may behave in a way that is contrary to reason or sound judgment.

A person who's not making any common sense or following logic. A person who is unreasonable is mindless and refuses to make any sense of being aware of the situation at hand. One that persists in trying to adapt the world to himself
