When you study Genesis chapter 3, you'll realized why is not good to be an accomplice of evil. If Adam had said no to the fruit(of knowledge and evil) that Eve gave him, he wouldn't have been cursed by God. Adam knew that it was that fruit that Eve gave him, but he went on and ate it.
Just like you saw others stealing office/boss property/money, and as a Christian you already know it's a sin, yet you followed them. You'll receive God's punishment like them, and even more(for being a child of God).
What shall it profit you to steal few notes and lose your soul(reputation, integrity, righteousness, etc)? Nothing!!!
