Jesus want to take a time off, but there was so much work, then he continued with God's work. When a believer dies, we have the right to mourn for him/her if we want to. But that shouldn't quench our spirits and affect the work of God. No matter how s/he died, s/he is already happy in Heaven.
So pick up your nets and go fishing of men.
