There's no better way to reach out to the world than any platform you found yourself. Talk about Christ and His Goodness and Mercy using any platform within your reach. Don't wait until you wear suit, meet crowd, use megaphone, etc. They're not bad, but you have to start somewhere.

When people see and hear how we Praise our God and Testify of His Awesomeness, they'll want to come and see.
