WHY DO PEOPLE CROSS SPIRITUAL BOUNDARY:
5. Leadership Desperation: the worst people you'll allow to work with you or serve under you are people in this category. Even in business, never try it. To identify them can be hard, but with clear observations, you'll identify them.
Don't be deceived by their deceptive loyalty, they could be loyal to a fault, but their attitude will tell more about them. I have seen and worked with those kind of people, and I can tell you their attitude for free.
They'll first show you loyalty to win your trust. With that you'll bring them close and position them. Once you positioned them, your stay in that your position will be shaky. Because as they're winning your trust, they're also winning the trust of those around you more. Fear them..!
Conclusion:
Any foundation that's not laid on a solid ground will never last; same with any position that's gotten by manipulation.
