Confirm your Election!
A boy was elected as the Youth president of his Church, amidst the elderly and university graduates in his time. So in his mind he was never qualified. He decided to do one week prayer and fasting. On the third day, a voice asked him "if you don't take this position, who will?"
Whether in the Church or anywhere, confirming your Election(appointment) to serve or lead is actually the best way to go first, before fully taking responsibility.
This is where you'll hold God unto, while seeking for Grace for effective service.
