To some it happens along the line, when things could not turn the way it used to be. One of the problems of the overanxious/over_desperate people is that they believed that everything must be perfect, and they way the wanted them to be. But when things didn't go that way, they'll loose confidence. And when that happens, they get broken. And when they get broken, they find it difficult to comeback.
At this point they'll loose focus. Many will find it difficult to survive the heat. Imagine having s smooth sail in business; market flowing. Every day you'll go home with not less than hundred thousands Naira. Little by little, things changed, to get a thousand in a day becomes difficult. Or from no where, Government demolish the business. It will take the Grace of God to survive it.
Therefore, when we encounter this period in our lives, what we ought to do is speak to reliable persons. Allowing their counsel to nourish us. Don't just table it to any one, but those who's counsel can encourage you. This is why it's important to have people that are reliable, and dependable; that'll encourage when the time comes.
Conclusion:
The strength of human is not only counted on how much they could lift, but also how much their brains could carry. This is why we can say that someone has a low brain
