For when I am weak, then I am strong.

Here's My Take:

AT THE TIME OF WEAKNESS:

This is the time when all those things we'd listed earlier start playing out around us and/or in our lives. The time one has two options, and must make a choice. The choices are to quit(stop, end, fall, die, give up, discouraged, cry) and to continue(keep moving, rise, live, be strong, be courageous, etc).

Every living being will surely meet this time. It awaits everybody. But the challenge is that no one knows when it comes. But the earlier we prepare our minds towards that the better.

Many wished not to see it but must surely see it. It's a time full of negatives surprises.

Another challenge is that this time may not come once. To some it may be once their entire life. To some it's seasonal(quarterly, periodically, etc). To some it comes at a certain year(maybe at every score). To some when they start making progress(business wise, ministerially, financially, etc). To some when someone pick interest in them(for marriage, for sponsorship, to develop them, etc)

Conclusion:

Funny enough, nowadays this weakness is called village people. So whether we call it Village people or weakness, it's function is to make us fall and never rise again.
