Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

Here's My Take:

What/who can raise someone's confidence:

Who will God reassure?

2. Those who are weak but desire God's strength.

God's strength is not limited. How much of God's strength that comes to you, is dependent on how much of the desire you display. God doesn't enforce his strength upon anyone. He respects choices and decisions, thereby allowing us to attract his strength by desiring it.

Late Pa Idahosa said in one of his messages that for forty something years he had been in the ministry, he had never seen anyone who cried and said GOD HELP ME, that God has not helped.

For one to cry for help, it means that he is in need. Because it takes the needy to seek for help. God doesn't help anyone who doesn't need it. Because He's not a waster of resources.

So God strengthens those that needs it. If the weak needs his strength he'll strengthen him. But if the weak doesn't need it, He won't force it on him. Therefore, if the weak that should ask for strength didn't, and the strongest asked for it, He'll leave the weak and lavish it on the strongest. It's all about desires. 

Conclusion:

God is not interested in your status, He's interested in your desires for Him. Desire His strength today, and you'll get it in abundance.
