GOD BLESS ME is a self way of realising God's blessings upon oneself. Often times we proclaim blessings to others without realizing that such blessings should be ours as well. We always tell people BLESS YOU or GOD BLESS YOU. But how many of us have ever said GOD BLESS ME to him/herself before?
You'll find out that virtually non has done that before.
Instead we'll say something like GOD WILL BLESS ME, GOD PLEASE BLESS ME, erc. But many of us have not spoken it as a command; GOD BLESS ME! Just like the way we say to others "GOD BLESS YOU!
Now with all that I have said so far, I know that you've started cross-checking your mind to know if you've said GOD BLESS ME before?
But this is actually what we should be telling ourselves. There's Power in our tongues, let's utilize it very well. Let's not build on others alone while we remain desolate. Let's encourage ourselves too, it's important.
Conclusion:
If the Husbandman that laboureth should be the first partaker of his labour, then that Blessings should be mine first, before others.
