There are so many voices that would have been heard...

There are so many songs that would have blessed lives...

There are so many messages that would have wrought wonders...

There are so many talents that would have brought solutions to so many problems of the world...

But they are gone and forgotten.

Not because they chose to but because the environment where they found themselves could not birth what they have. Thus their end came. One of the worst thing that could happen to a bright_futured young minister is to found himself in an environment that doesn't have plans for his youngs; where there's no platform for his brooding and hatching.

Any environment where the future of their youngs are not determined will yield only Old Prophets. They'll remain stagnant and unproductive. Any environment that care less about their youngs(future) will surely experience setback, because no one will take over the Barton. So being in the wrong atmosphere can cause a drop in Oil level.

Conclusion:

Old Prophets are not born they're made.
