Topic: THE DIRECTION - Ministerial Direction
Word: Isaiah 30:21 NKJV
Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” Whenever you turn to the right hand Or whenever you turn to the left.
Here's My Take:
Ministerial Direction
1. Indoor Ministry: Indoor Ministry has a great impact on people's lives. One reason the world has gone in the wrong direction is because many people have neglected Indoor Ministry, unlike in previous generations.
Indoor Ministry is where morals are imparted, character is built, behaviour is moulded, and the foundation for the future is laid. It is where people first learn the values that will eventually influence how they live and relate with society.
Because the present generation has neglected Indoor Ministry, many children no longer respect their elders. Immorality has become widespread, and all forms of evil are gradually taking over society. A lack of accountability is now seen by some as smartness, while a lack of integrity is sometimes considered a better way of life.
“The poor management and neglect of Indoor Ministry have contributed greatly to many of the problems we see in society today.”
Things that should naturally have been addressed through proper upbringing, guidance, discipline, and moral instruction within the home and immediate environment have now become major challenges for society.
Many people become involved in cultism, robbery, prostitution, and other destructive associations because the foundational guidance and support they needed were absent or neglected. When Indoor Ministry is taken for granted, society eventually bears the consequences.
Conclusion:
Indoor Ministry helps put destinies on the right path. When it is properly carried out, it builds lives, shapes character, and prepares people for the future. But when it is neglected, the negative impact can extend beyond the individual and eventually affect families, communities, and society as a whole.
Song:
When things go wrong, He'll make them right
And the God of the good times, is still God in the bad times
The God of the day, is still God in the night
Prayer:
O Lord help us to understand the importance of indoor ministry. In Jesus name. Amen.
