Things to Note About Indoor Ministry

1. Indoor Ministry Is Often the First Test of Ministry. Before God entrusts a person with many people, there are often people already around them to love, serve, influence, and care for. A person may desire a large congregation while ignoring the hurting people within their immediate environment.

“Sometimes, the first congregation God gives you is not a crowd but the people already around you.”

2. Indoor Ministry Reveals Authenticity. Outdoor ministry can sometimes be influenced by appearance, preparation, and public perception. But Indoor Ministry is different because the people close to you often know you beyond the platform.

Your family and close associates see: your character, your attitude, how you react under pressure, how you treat people, and whether you practise what you preach.

“The people closest to you often know the ministry behind the message.”

3. Indoor Ministry Is Not Inferior Ministry. One major danger is assuming that ministry is only significant when thousands of people are involved. That is not true.

A person who faithfully influences: one child, one friend, one family member, or one colleague, may create an impact that lasts for generations.

Conclusion:

Numbers do not always determine impact.
