WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT RELATIONSHIP DIRECTION:
16. It Teaches Reciprocity. Healthy relationships should not be built on one person constantly giving while the other constantly takes. There should be mutual respect, care, support, and consideration. However, reciprocity does not mean keeping a mathematical record of everything you have done for someone.
17. It Helps You Manage Expectations. Many relationship problems begin with unrealistic expectations. Relationship Direction teaches us not to expect everyone to think, communicate, love, or respond exactly as we do. Understanding people's differences reduces unnecessary conflict.
18. It Teaches Emotional Intelligence. You need wisdom to understand what people are saying beyond their words. Sometimes someone's behavior is communicating something their mouth has not expressed. Relationship Direction helps us become observant without becoming judgmental.
Conclude:
One of the things Relationship Direction doesn't teach is being judgementalism. Judgementalism affects our relationships. It makes relationships burdensome
