Here's My Take:
Relationship Direction: Relationship Direction creates room for healthy interaction between people. It enables relationships to flow more easily and helps eliminate the alienated mindset people often have toward one another.
The reason racism, tribalism, and other related prejudices still exist in the twenty-first century is partly because people have not learned how to relate with one another properly. Years have passed since the abolition of the slave trade, yet many people are still living under the bondage of racism, tribalism, and prejudice.
In some parts of Africa, tribalism appears to be an even deeper problem than racism. People can grow up hearing negative things about other tribes until those ideas become deeply rooted in their minds. They begin to judge people they have never met based solely on their tribe or background.
Which is very very wrong.
Conclusion:
Relationship Direction helps us see people as individuals rather than as representatives of a tribe, colour, or group. It creates room for healthy relationships without prejudice or unhealthy assumptions.
