19. It Helps You Avoid People-Pleasing.
A person who wants everybody to like them can easily compromise their values. Relationship Direction teaches you that being accepted by everyone is not the goal. Sometimes doing what is right will cause certain people to misunderstand you.
20. It Teaches You How to Handle Rejection.
Not every friendship will survive. Not everyone will reciprocate your love. Not everyone will understand you. Relationship Direction helps you accept rejection without becoming bitter.
21. It Teaches Forgiveness Without Foolishness.
Forgiveness is essential, but forgiveness does not require you to repeatedly expose yourself to the same harm. You can forgive someone and still establish boundaries.
