Topic: THE DIRECTION - Financial Direction
Word: Isaiah 30:21 NKJV
Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” Whenever you turn to the right hand Or whenever you turn to the left.
Here's My Take:
THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT FINANCIAL DIRECTION
45. Financial Direction Teaches Stewardship. Everything we have ultimately belongs to God. We are stewards, not owners. A steward manages resources faithfully because he knows he will one day give an account. This mindset changes how we earn, spend, save, invest, and give.
46. Financial Direction Prevents Impulsive Decisions. Many financial regrets come from decisions made in haste.
Impulse buying, emotional investing, and rushed business decisions often lead to losses. Wisdom teaches us to pause, evaluate, and seek counsel before making major financial commitments.
47. Financial Direction Encourages Multiple Streams of Value. While one should avoid distractions, financial direction also teaches the importance of developing legitimate sources of income where appropriate. Depending entirely on one source of income can make a person vulnerable during difficult seasons.
Conclusion:
Financial Direction positions a person to make wise choices, preserve resources, and create room for greater financial growth.
Song:
Your name is the highest
Your name is the greatest
Your name stands above them all
All thrones and dominions
All powers and positions
Your name stands above them all
Prayer:
Oh Lord may we become financially wise, disciplined and responsible in Jesus’ name, Amen.
