And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your strength.
In other words, the Bible is saying we should Love the Lord with all our hearts, with our thoughts, with our emotions, with our personal willpower, and with our strength. Loving the Lord must cover every area of our being.
The reason is because if we leave out the Lord in any area of our being, the devil will occupy it. Now imagine the devil occupying any of those? Life will surely be disastrous.
