What we have in the Churches nowadays are more of people their work is to find who to condemn. A preacher will stand on the pulpit to condemn another preacher.
Members of Church A will disassociate themselves from Church B because of what they were told or what their instincts told them.
Christianity taught us to Love, to be Patience and to accommodate people. But these days we see more of judgemental people than accommodating people. May God help His Church....
