Topic: THE DIRECTION - Career Direction
Word: Isaiah 30:21 NIV
Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it.”
Here's My Take:
THINGS TO REFLECT ON BEFORE CAREER DIRECTION:
Many people are successful externally but confused internally because achievement without alignment cannot produce lasting fulfillment.
The wrong career path can hide greatness for years.
Purpose may reveal where to go, but direction reveals how to get there.
Some people are not failing because they are weak, but because they are misplaced.
A person in the wrong career may survive, but rarely thrives.
Direction gives meaning to effort and purpose to labor.
Many people are employed but not aligned.
Career direction is not merely about choosing a profession; it is about choosing a path that aligns with purpose, growth, fulfillment, and destiny.
A man without career direction may work hard for years yet remain unfulfilled because effort without direction often leads to frustration.
Conclusion:
When direction is absent, effort becomes stressful; but when direction is clear, even difficult journeys gain meaning.
The quality of tomorrow is greatly influenced by the direction we choose today.
