WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT CAREER DIRECTION:

22. Some People Discover Career Direction Late. Not everyone discovers direction early in life. Some people find clarity later because of life experiences, growth, exposure, failure, or divine encounters. Late discovery does not mean wasted destiny. What matters most is alignment once direction is discovered.

23. Failure Can Reveal Direction Sometimes failure is not meant to destroy a person but to redirect them. Certain disappointments help people discover where they truly belong. Many successful people today found their path after repeated failure in the wrong areas.

24. Career Direction Requires Courage. The right direction is not always the easiest direction. Sometimes a person may need the courage to: leave comfort zones, start again, learn new skills, reject pressure or walk alone temporarily. Direction often demands bravery.

Conclusion:

There’s no shame in starting again if you have failed. One mistake people make is hating themselves after failed attempts. You cannot truly understand success if you have never experienced failure.
