The Pillars Of Self Mastery:
1. Knowing Your Strengths and Weaknesses: Personal direction helps a person discover both strengths and weaknesses. Nobody is gifted in everything. Knowing your strength helps you focus on areas where you can be productive, while knowing your weakness helps you seek help, improvement, or support.
A person who ignores his weakness may keep repeating avoidable mistakes.
2. Understanding Your Capacity:
Not everyone has the same capacity, speed, or ability. Personal direction helps you understand your limits and avoid unnecessary competition with others.
Many people are frustrated today because they are trying to live another person’s life instead of understanding their own journey.
3. Choosing the Right Environment:
Environment affects growth. Personal direction helps a person know the kind of environment, people, and atmosphere that help him function well.
Some environments inspire growth, while others drain purpose and motivation.
