Mature Christians do not compete, they complement.
But it seems that amongst some Ministers, they haven't outgrown that nature. They still compete with one another. As our faces are different, so it's our Grace/ministry.
No single minister carries all the grace, all the gifts, or all the assignments. God distributes His grace differently among His servants. When mature believers recognize this, they stop competing and start complementing one another.
It takes genuine love to celebrate someone who is flourishing more than you right now.
