“Then the sailors picked Jonah up and threw him into the raging sea, and the storm stopped at once!”

Here’s My Take:

We have come to the end of this Beautiful Topic: Don't Pity Jonah! Let's see a recap of the Topic. This Topic was dedicated to the Biblical man named Jonah, and to other Jonah's by character, behavior, attitude, etc, and Jonah could be a man or a woman.

Jonah is someone whose stubbornness caused people their fortune. Someone because of his selfish ambition caused people to lose out of destiny. Someone because of his disobedience, made life miserable for others. Someone with zero empathy. That's why he could sleep when the storm was raging.

Someone with zero regard to the consequences of his actions. Someone who's stiff-necked. Someone who's ready to die, than to help anybody. Someone who's willing to die than to accept corrections. Someone that is very stubborn and arrogant.

Someone that is cunny and crafty. Someone that nothing will ever make him change his mind, except death. Someone with zero regard to the consequences of his actions. Someone who delights in doing his will, irrespective of whom it may affect. And many more...

Conclusion:

This Jonah is not hard to find. Because he's everywhere; in our family, work place, compound, among colleagues, even in the Church. Don't Pity Jonah, unless you've made up your mind to lose almost everything....then go ahead..

Song:

You split the sea, so I could walk right through it

My fears are drowned in perfect love

You rescued me so I could stand and say

I am a child of God

I am a child of God

Yes, I am a child of God

Prayer:

Lord, give us the right wisdom and the courage not to Pity Jonah. In Jesus name. Amen.
