How to know the Silent Saboteur..
a. They drain your peace without saying a word. Even when they are quiet, something around you feels heavy. Earlier this year, I received the impartation of Silent Saboteur. That experience can never be forgotten. We were about five on duty. One of us always came late, and another always left very early—long before closing time.
We kept covering up for them, and the work was moving smoothly. But to my surprise, I was removed from that group and replaced. I thought it was just a normal change—until I heard the full story. That was when I learned that the two people whose errors we were covering were the ones secretly sabotaging me behind my back, especially the one who always left before everyone else.
According to their reports, I was coming to work four hours late, and even when I showed up, I would be on my phone until closing time. They added many other things I can’t even remember. When one of the remaining two team members heard what they said, he was shocked.

It is better to have an open enemy than a Silent Saboteur. You can walk into work one day and receive a sack letter without knowing what happened. Silent Saboteur!
