Topic: Don't Pity Jonah!
Word: Jonah 1:15 NLT
Then the sailors picked Jonah up and threw him into the raging sea, and the storm stopped at once!
Here's My Take:
What Jonah stands for…
6. Silent Saboteur:
How to know the Silent Saboteur…
a. They drain your peace without saying a word. Even when they are quiet, something around you feels heavy. It is better to have an open enemy than a Silent Saboteur. Because you can walk into work one day and receive a sack letter without knowing what happened. Silent Saboteur!
This is real. Because I have heard stories like that. And the victim will be wondering what actually happened. Something happened somewhere: there was this young man who was labouring for his boss with all sincerity. He knew the work more than his boss, so his boss used him to cover his ignorance.
As the project was about to finish, the organization decided to reward the people that impacted the organization. His boss removed his name and gave the name of the least person in that organization. He did it silently, but what he did was told to the young man. Because everyone in that place knew his impact very well.
Congratulations:
Silent Saboteurs don’t value what they have. This is why Nigeria Media Ambassadors to CAF voted against Nigerians in the 2025 CAF Awards. They did it silently, but it was revealed.
Song:
Open the floodgates in abundance
And cause Your rain to fall on me
Open the floodgates in abundance
And cause Your rain to fall on me
Baba o, Baba o
Baba o, Baba o
Baba o, Baba o
Baba o, Baba o
Prayer:
Lord, let every silent saboteur be exposed and cut off from amongst us. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
