Then the sailors picked Jonah up and threw him into the raging sea, and the storm stopped at once!

Here's My Take:

Intro:

The Bible tells us that Jonah became offended when God changed His plan and chose not to destroy the people of Nineveh. He said: “Didn’t I say before I left home that you would do this, Lord? That is why I ran away to Tarshish!” (Jonah 4:1–2 NLT)

Vvg

Jonah wasn’t angry because God failed — he was angry because mercy succeeded. And, just like we shared yesterday, this attitude is not far from what we see today.

There are people who will speak in tongues over your life and still hope in their hearts that nothing good truly works for you. They will clap for you in public but compete with you in secret. You find them everywhere — in families, offices, friendship circles, and even in the church.

This silent resentment is usually born out of envy and jealousy. The moment you start rising, the moment grace begins to distinguish you, some people feel threatened. They may keep saying, “I’m happy for you,” but deep down, your progress exposes their insecurity.

To be continued...

Conclusion:

Don't be too emotional with people's good wishes, sometimes those wishes don't come from a clean heart(heart of Love).

Song:

I love you

You love me

We're a happy family

With a great big hug

And a kiss from me to you

Won't you say you love me too?

Prayer:

May God expose every bittered heart against us in Jesus name. Amen.
