Charm is deceptive, and beauty does not last; but a woman who fears the Lord will be greatly praised.

Here's My Take:

When Beauty Fades, What Next?! We'll be looking at what is likely going to happen when Beauty Fades.   

5. Abandonment: 

It's obvious to note that the world doesn't value anybody, except those that are relevant to them. You're only important to them when they can get what they need from you. And once they're done with you, you won't hear from them again. 

This happens, especially when a person is young and vibrant. S/he will be the talk of the town. But once old age shows up, s/he will be discarded. This is why some wished they would never grow old...

when you're young and Beautiful, people will want to look at you, talk to you, follow you, see you, have you, admire you, get you, stay with you, know you, even sleep with you. But when that Beauty Fades, everything Fades with it.....because they know what it means to lose Beauty.

Conclusion:

Beauty is costly because it doesn't stay without expenses. But no matter the expenses made on it, it will still fade. But what next, if it fades?!
