As a Father that has children, or as a Boss that has workers/employees how you send them back to school, or how you send them for any assignment will determine how successful they will become.
As a parent do you drop your children off to school with adequate counseling and prayers or do you just give them money and other requirements, and off they go? Whichever...!
Just remember "how you send them will determine how successful they'll become."
