Here's My Take:
As a child of God, what is it that brings you to the Church. What is your drive that made you appear very committed in the Church? Everybody had something that brought them to the Church, and also had something that will keep them in Church. It's very obvious that two individuals sitting together may have different reasons for staying in Church.
"WHAT IF" mindset will help you to stay in Church because of God, and not because of what you'll get from the Church. I have seen people that joined a particular church because they want to get married. I can recall one that left our Church to another Church.
When she was asked, she said the brothers in our Church are younger for marriage. Coming to Church should be to Serve God, and not to find destiny helpers or help meet. The danger is, when such opportunities do not come, we'll get biased. Some will change Church, while some will lose their faith.
Conclusion:
It's not news that so many people have been blessed by marriage, financially and materially by their local assembly. But that shouldn't be the reason for joining any Church, if not you'll get offended.
