the master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he does not know and will cut him in pieces and put him with the hypocrites. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

3. Wicked Servant: Brethren Power intoxicates. And it takes Wisdom to hold power, without the power holding you(abusing it). The other day a young man was complaining about a guy that was made a supervisor in their group. 


His complaint was that his supervisor doesn't approach them the way he does when he was at their level. He has changed. According to him, he said "if it were to be him, nothing will change about him. He will ensure that nobody feels hurt, bla bla bla. I told him "na lie!"(It's a lie!).


I told him that if he's the one that was made the supervisor, he'll do the worst. He said that he won't. Then I helped him see why his supervisor had to charge his approach towards them. Not because he wants to do that, but because his position demands that. So he can't play at the same level again, so that he'll have some values.


Conclusion:

Position can't change a man, but a man can change position. But when Position changes a person, s/he will loose position
