WHERE TO FIND UNREASONABLE MEN:
5. Neighbourhood: Unreasonable Men are wicked men. Read what the Bible said about them.

This is the clear picture of who the Unreasonable Men are. When you see these kinda people within the neighborhood, just know that you've seen one of them.
Conclusion:
Remember that Unreasonable Men won't rest until they've done their wickedness. Even while resting, they'll still be preparing for more harm.
