Here's My Take:
What Can Attract Catalyst Of Favours:
2. Good Character: still on Joseph... When you see a young man/lady who has developed a Good Character, it will make him/her outstanding and attractive too. And anywhere such a person/s goes s/he will be noticed. It doesn't matter when s/he comes in.
In the case of Joseph when he was bought by Portiphar, I believe there were so many servants/slaves that was there before him. But he came and surpassed all of them. And his Master placed him over everything in his house. This Promotion was not just because of anything rather because of his character.
Portiphar turned out to be Joseph Catalyst Of Favours because he saw something in/around him. His good character deleted his slave-nature, to the point that Portiphar's wife couldn't take her eyes off him. Good character is very attractive, and it's rewarding too...
Conclusion:
There's no eye service in good character. If it's not in a person, pretense won't cover it up. Instead build your Character to become Good. Remember your Catalysts are watching...
