The same people came again, after Jephthah had defeated the Ammonites, they said "Why didn’t you call for us to help you fight against the Ammonites? We are going to burn down your house with you in it!” Jephthah replied, “I summoned you at the beginning of the dispute, but you refused to come! You failed to help us in our struggle against Ammon. Judges 12:1-2 NLT‬‬

There are people that don't want to get involved when a project is about to start. Infact they're full of negativity, always afraid to start from the scratch. But once they start seeing results, they'll act as though they care. They'll blame everyone for not involving them at the initial.
