Topic: CATALYSTS OF FAVOURS
Word: Galatians 6:10 NLT
Therefore, whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone—especially to those in the family of faith.
Here's My Take:
Biblical Catalysts Of Favours:
5. JESUS TO THE TWELVE, ESPECIALLY PETER, JOHN: As a catalyst, it's important to know the kind of people your potential is meant for. And also to know the right people that needs your strength. Because if you use that gift you have in a wrong location and to the wrong people, it will look like a waste.
If Jesus had gone to where He was celebrated, He wouldn't have died for us. The Bible said they hated Him, and He died for those that hated Him. That's why He's the greatest Catalyst.
What Jesus did was so important, and we should learn that too. He didn't come for the people that are ready to eat and dine with him; the saints, the Rich, the Lords of the earth. Instead, He came for the poor, sinners, etc. He knew the kinda people people that needs what He has to offer. That's what made Him the greatest.
Conclusion:
Help has different levels and values. If help is rendered where it's not necessarily needed, it won't be valuable. For example, if the rich gift another rich money, it's value won't be compared to when such rich gifts the poor.
Song:
It is a thing most wonderful,
almost too wonderful to be,
that God's own Son should come from heav'n,
and die to save a child like me.
2 And yet I know that it is true:
He chose a poor and humble lot,
and wept and toiled and mourned and died
for love of those who loved Him not.
Prayer:
Lord make us like the man Jesus. Amen.
