2. ABRAHAM TO LOT: We said yesterday that, even after Abraham, Lot separated, he didn't quit being there(catalyst) for him. Remember that Abraham stood for him before the Lord, when the Lord came to destroy Sodom. Not only that, he fought and rescued Lot from the hand of people that took him as captive
This act of Pa Abraham is unusual. Because I know very well that if majority of us were to be Abraham, we will never want to do anything again with Lot. After all when I asked him to take one side of the land, he chose the lush side. He's an ungrateful fellow!"
Just think about what you would have said or done, if you were in Abraham's shoes?! When God positioned you to be catalyst, just know that it's not going to be easy with 'men'. Offenses shall come, directly or indirectly. But that shouldn't deter what you're positioned to do.
Conclusion:
The worst kind of pain is when someone you've helped is making troubles with you, after benefitting from you. If care is not taken, you may curse him and his generation.
