Biblical Catalysts Of Favours:
2. ABRAHAM TO LOT: It was Lot's association with Abraham when God called him that made him known. If not, nobody would have known that such a name existed. The Bible mentioned that Abraham had so many nephews; "Buz, Uz, and Kemuel, etc". But he chose Lot, which led to the drastic change in his life and destiny.
Because of Lot's association with Abraham, he was blessed so richly to the point his servants(shepherds) and Abraham's servants began to quarrel over pastures(Genesis 13). If not for the sake of Abraham, Lot wouldn't have become such wealthy to have livestocks and servants.
So Abraham became a Catalyst of Favour to Lot. Even after they'd separated, he didn't quit playing his role as a Catalyst. For he stood for him before the Lord, when the Lord came to destroy Sodom. Abraham didn't say because we have separated, let me mind my business, he continued to take up his position.
Conclusion:
Catalysts Of Favours are not born, they're made. It's a decision and dedication one has to make. So that the character, lifestyle or behavior of the one you're catalyzing won't make you quit.
