2. Good Testimony: Good testimony equals good opportunity. Yes Yes Yes. Daniel in the Bible is one of the few that had good testimony resulting to good chances for him. Daniel had an excellence Spirit and integrity which spoke for him.
He came to Babylon as a slave, later became the Ruler over the entire Province of Babylon during the time of Nebuchadnezzar(Dan 2:48-49). The wife of Nebuchadnezzar testified about him.. behind him...to his son Belshazzar. Then, he was made the third Highest person in Babylon, during the reign of Belshazzar(Dan 5:29)
It was the same testimony, if not any other thing that made him to be appointed as one of the Chief Ministers by King Darius(Dan 6:1-2). Beloved Good Testimony Equals Good Opportunity. All it takes is to be disciplined, honest and keep your integrity in tact. One day, you'll rejoice.
Conclusion:
Though we live in a dispensation that doesn't have value for integrity and honesty; but that shouldn't make us to crave for the world's pattern.
