Here's My Take:
HOW TO KNOW CATALYST/S ??
Catalysts Are Burden Bearers: Carrying one's burden requires going out of your way to make someone else comfortable. It requires leaving your problems or needs to help someone else get his/her problem solved. It requires being selfish to your self, selfish to your needs and cater for the needs of someone else.
Burden Bearing can't be overemphasized because only few people belong to this category. The man at the pool of Bethesda was there for 38yrs because their was no burden bearer around him. Not that he doesn't have family members or friends or neighbours; he had those.
But what he doesn't have is someone that would sacrifice his time, business, money, etc, just to wait patiently till when the Angel of God will stir the water. Remember the Bible didn't mention when that Angel will come; it could be at midnight, early morning, late at night, etc. And there's no one that could bear that burden to wait.
Conclusion:
As we all need Love, we all need helper and we all need burden Bearers when the going gets tough
