Here's My Take:
CATALYST(As A Senior Pastor):
Finally on this subject..as a Senior Pastor, you'll be well known, respected and valued through your seeds. Instead of losing, it'll be a massive increase for you. Let's look at the man David. The Bible said that King David trained about Thirty Men but out of that Thirty was a Special Three, that fights like David or even more. They're called the Mighty Men of David(2 Samuel 23)
They were trained by David, but they made David who he was. If not them, maybe David may not have been Known as a Strong man and a King he was. He would have fought battles alone and die miserably. But his seeds gave him a name. That's why he's celebrated today.
That your seeds have their own pulpits won't reduce your worth. Even if they start doing better than you, like the Most Three of David's Thirty men, the Honour will still be giving to you. Why not allow them exercise God's Grace upon their lives and see how God will be Glorified.
Conclusion:
God is not interested in our titles, names and choices, His sole interest is on souls that are won for his Kingdom. Let the gospel spread...
